Payment Terms

You may purchase products with confidence on your credit card. Payments are processed by the Paypal Secure Payment Gateway website  - no financial information is held by Hanover Consulting on its servers. Please note that that the Paypal Gateway has a $2,500.00 single purchase limit for unregistered users.

Purchase Orders

If your business would rather use a purchase order system, please Register on the site and then use the Quote Request option from the Shopping Cart to submit your PO request. Download and complete the Credit Application Form and submit it. Once the business account has been established, Purchase Orders may be submitted for supply of merchandise.

Sales are limited to businesses and individuals with shipping addresses in Canada.

Inventory on the website is updated daily at 7:30am. Out of stock items are not displayed so there is no opportunity to order an item that is not available. However, it is possible for low-stock items to sell out during the day, resulting in delays in shipping. We will advise customers within 12 hours if this condition occurrs. Customers may choose to cancel their order for a refund to their credit card while the order status is "Pending" (that is, not shipped).
