Many small and medium businesses do not have their own support staff to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows© operating system office computers and networks. For those businesses, Hanover Consulting provides on-site, on-call support.

 

With a Retainer Plan, clients also gain access to phone, email and remote access support services at reduced rates. Retainer Plans offer pre-paid, discounted blocks of time in increments from 4 to 24 hours per month on a flexible basis.
