Our history
Hanover Consulting began life as Hanover Microservices in 1982, in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. As an independent software developer, Hanover was engaged in building line-of-business applications for Gelco Express Limited, a national courier company.
By 1987 the company had expanded to become a full service reseller and support provider and was renamed as Hanover Consulting, to recognize its broader role.
The development of the MS-DOS "Claims Master" Workers' Compensation management application in 1992 introduced the company to major employers in Ontario. The release in 1998 of the Microsoft Windows© based Claims Manager WSIB claims management software quickly attracted support from Fortune 500 companies in Ontario.
We have been fortunate to count among our valued customers the important Canadian businesses whose website links are included in the panel opposite.
